Location: the hotel was close enough to a lovely Italian restaurant and grocery stores, the new A4 dual carriageway, and grocery stores. Liked iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a coffee machine in the room. The place had a special atmosphere.

The atmosphere created was special. The location was excellent and particularly good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Had brunch in the Holsteins, located nearby: D

The staff and the host were all super friendly and ready to lend a hand. the location is amazing - it's just a stone's throw away from the new A4 dual carriageway that's almost finished, a cute Italian restaurant, and some handy grocery stores 🍝🛒. Plus, you're also close to Zimbabwe itself.

the birdlife in the trees was like a real-life orchestra, with purple crested louries and sunbirds performing a symphony on the verandah.

The cottage was absolutely stunning, with a unique outdoor shower next to a majestic tree. The gardens were beautifully maintained and filled with vibrant bird species. Parking felt safe and the area was secure. The proximity to Avondale shopping center and reliable taxis made getting around convenient. We also had a memorable trip to Great Zimbabwe thanks to the new A4 highway. I hope to return someday.
The bedding could use an update, as the blankets were not very practical after the winter season. The wifi was a bit slow, which made it difficult to stay connected at times.

The cottage at Weaver Cottages was a charming and rustic getaway. The outdoor shower with a tree growing through it was a unique and architectural genius feature. The cottage had a fantastic collection of progressive literature, covering everything from politics to novels. The gardens were large, mature, and impeccably maintained, filled with brightly colored birds and giant trees. The breakfast offered a healthy continental spread with fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The comfortable bed and helpful kitchen facilities made self-catering a breeze.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaint.
